Adult Attendance Required
Please remember that your child may only participate in Jonah's Treehouse classes when the child's
parent or caregiver is present.  One adult must participate in class with each child.  Please contact us regarding our policies on infant siblings and twins. 

Missed Classes
Jonah's Treehouse offers a liberal make-up policy for missed classes.  If your child misses a class for
any reason, please feel free to make that class up any time during the current session.  Just
be sure to bring your child to his/her correct age group.  For example, if you child attends a Zebras class, please feel free to bring him/her to any other Zebras class during the current session.

Refunds
If your child does not enjoy his/her Jonah's Treehouse class, please let us know by the second class of the current session and we will return your class payment in full.

Kindermusik® refunds are subject to a $50 administrative fee.

Birthday Parties
A non-refundable $150 deposit is required to book a birthday party slot.  The remaining balance due will be charged 30 days prior to your child’s birthday party.

Birthday Parties/Inclement Weather
Birthday parties are planned weeks in advance and will almost always take place, regardless of the weather.  If, however, our teachers cannot safely make it to our studio because of the weather and we must cancel your birthday party, we will re-schedule it as soon as possible for a mutually-convenient time.  Parties cancelled by the patron within 30 days of the party date will be charged a $250 cancellation fee.

Rescheduling requests are solely at the discretion of Jonah’s Treehouse, LLC and may result in a rescheduling fee or loss of your $150 deposit. 

No Food and Drink in Studio During Classes
We do not allow food or drink, with the exception of water, in our studio during Jonah's Treehouse classes.  

Open Play Pricing and Scheduling
Jonah’s Treehouse reserves the right to change or cancel open play times, and to modify open play pricing for members and non-members.
