Liability Waiver and Acknowledgement:

Must be AGREED to before you or your child participates in any studio activities.
 
Release Agreement:  I understand that there are risks inherent in any type of physical activity, that it is my responsibility to verify my fitness and my child’s fitness to participate in any class, playgroup, birthday party, open play or other activity within the Jonah’s Treehouse LLC (“Jonah’s Treehouse”) studio and I do hereby verify my fitness and my child’s fitness for such participation.  I agree that I, or an authorized guardian or caregiver, will remain with my child at all times while s/he participates in any Jonah’s Treehouse class, playgroup, birthday party, open play or other activity.  Should any injury occur to me or my child while within the Jonah’s Treehouse studio, I hereby agree to hold Jonah’s Treehouse harmless for such injuries.

I understand that Jonah's Treehouse may, from time to time and at management's sole discretion, make the play studio available for open play hours.  I understand that the scheduling, pricing, frequency, and occurrence of such open play hours are strictly at the sole discretion of management, and as such may be changed, re-scheduled, or cancelled at any time and for any reason, with or without notice.  I understand that, although in the past management has offered open play to enrolled and non-enrolled students and may wish to do so again in the future, open play is not included in the class registration fee and no promises are either made or implied about any current or future open play schedule.

Management reserves the right to exclude any person from the Jonah's Treehouse studio who, in management's sole discretion, has been or is likely to be disruptive, unkind or disrespectful to any Jonah's Treehouse staff or other patron.  Management reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel any class for insufficient enrollment or scheduling conflicts; in such circumstances, refunds will be given.  No refunds will be given after the second week of classes for any reason except for classes cancelled or rescheduled by management.  Classes missed for any reason, whether for illness, force majeure, or any other reason whatsoever, may be made-up at the sole discretion of management, and then only within the current session.  Management reserves the right to request that any adult or child who is ill or appears ill leave the studio for the health and safety of other adults and children.  Makeup classes can be arranged under such circumstances at the sole discretion of management.
