Ven a jugar. It's time to sing, dance and count in Spanish with local teacher Emily Wander. A resident of Spain for many years, Emily is a certified foreign language teacher who has been teaching children in this area since 2009. She is committed to teaching our children to grow up in a multi-lingual world and firmly believes that it is never too early to build a child's foundation in and enthusiasm for Spanish.
In this class, children (ages 1-4) and their caregivers will learn simple songs and games in Spanish. Through the medium of traditional and original songs, children will build a fundamental vocabulary in the Spanish language with the use of props, stories, dance and hands-on activities. Parents and caregivers will learn alongside their children so that songs and games can be enjoyed at home. Most of all, children will acquire Spanish without trying, and realize that learning another language is not only easy but fun as well.
