All classes are held in our clean, colorful indoor studio in Northwest DC ... … a perfect setting for kids between six months and five years of age.

Koalas
for children 6-11 months who are sitting or crawling

Babies explore a stimulating new environment with the help of their greatest teacher… you! Parents engage in co-movement activities with their little ones, offering materials of different texture, color and shape and facilitating age-appropriate movement and play to gentle music. Babies enjoy “tummy time”, “rocking and rolling”, parachute play and more.

Giraffes
for children 9-15 months starting to walk

Young toddlers explore tunnels, bridges and slides, strengthening their bodies and further developing their sense of space, depth and balance.

Zebras
for children 16-24 months who are running

Toddlers are introduced to more structured activities with the help of their parents and the encouragement of the teacher. Each movement station is designed to further dynamic and static balance, spatial awareness and muscular development.

Elephants
for two-year-olds

As your child asserts autonomy, s/he will likely rely less on the parent and more on the teacher. The children’s “work” on balance, spatial awareness and muscular development is punctuated with more advanced rhymes and activities.

Lions
for three- and four-year-olds

A skilled and dynamic teacher leads the class in activities designed to further motor and social skills.
A mix of teacher-led games and activities and free-range play!
